It is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components  that are observed by the inspector. Also known as the wood destroying organism inspection. Wood destroying insects and other pests can cause serious damage to the wooden structural components of a house. These destructive organisms can hide and go undetected for a long time, but there are many telltale signs for difference species that indicate their presence. I'll inspect your home for evidence of infestation now before it becomes an expensive problem later.

A continuous radon monitoring system will be placed in the home for 2 days. Results are provided in the format of a detailed report, showing the radon levels each hour through the 2 day test. A licensed radon measurement service provider will perfom all radon testing.

 Approximately 15% of Americans rely on their own private drinking water supply like a well. If you have a private well, then water quality testing is important. Unlike public drinking water, private wells do not have experts regularly checking the water’s source and its quality before it is sent to the tap. How do you know if your water is safe to drink? A state certified water testing lab will analyze your well water for potentially harmful elements such as bacteria and e coli.

Buying a home with a well?  Most lenders require 5 gallons per minute of water available.  The well flow test calculates the flow rate the well produces.  The test consists of running water, usually from an exterior hose bib, for a period of approximately an hour. During this time period the flow rate (gallons per minute) and the pressure of the water from the well will be monitored for any unusual fluctuation or abnormalities which may indicate a problem with the well, pump or other associated equipment.
For homes designed with on lot sewage, it's important to know if you have immediate major problems with the system. We provide a test that will load the system with a high volume of water that is typical for a days worth of waste water in one hour. This test is designed to stress the dispersant field to determine if it will back up. Dye will be injected to visually identify a septic leak. This test will not tell you the condition of the entire system or how much solids are in the tank, it is designed to detect an immediate failure of the system.
